There is a TikTok recipe going around about making a cocktail that tastes like a chocolate tootsie pop. I have had it a couple of times and it really does! So, I decided to push the envelope a bit and make my favorite, a Cherry Tootsie Pop Cocktail!
The TikTok version has you stirring together equal amounts of orange juice and coffee liqueur. I find that that doesn't mix the drink well, so in my cocktail, I have you shake it a lot! It's a nice little workout. The cocktail comes out foamy and creamy and oh-so-good!

Chocolate liqueur known as creme de cacao is produced by distilling the cacao bean itself. Creme de cacao is a popular dessert drink. I picked the clear creme de cacao since it offers a flavor profile that is more reminiscent of milk chocolate.
