In May we like to celebrate our moms in very special ways. Mother's Day is a great way to show appreciation for all that our moms do, all in one day. My mom is always available to talk to, has a good listening ear, and keeps secrets (except from my sister.) She is always telling me how lovely I am, inside and out, and how she is amazed that she raised such a smart child. Those words of love have been around me my entire life. How blessed I am!
My mom loves a good treat, and she would really like these Chocolate Truffles. They are easy to make and taste like you have spent hours in the kitchen when really the majority of the time is just waiting for the mixture to cool down to the right consistency for rolling into spheres.
All the Taste Creation bloggers made a truffle for you, and here is the lineup for May:
Rosemary from Bread and Sweets made Coconut White Chocolate Truffles
Lauren from Mom Home Guide made Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Truffles
Nikki from Tikkido made Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles
Now for the recipe!
