When my husband made this cocktail for me, I remarked on how pretty the color was. It is a pretty soft red/pink and the first thing I thought was how lovely this would be against those pink poinsettias. I wish I had a few for the photoshoot of this cocktail. Then I tried it. Oh my, it is refreshing and delicious. If you are like me, sometimes I get overly warm in a party setting. This is the cocktail for that situation. The dry white wine with cranberry juices makes this cocktail a thirst quencher. You can make this by the pitcher, but we like to be sure the bubbles are added last and stirred lightly as to not make the drink flat.

White Wine Cranberry Spritzer
Ingredients
- 4 ounces dry white wine
- 2 ounces cranberry juice
- 2 ounces seltzer water
- 3-4 fresh cranberries and a lime wheel for garnish
Instructions
- Stir together the wine, cranberry juice and seltzer.
- Pour over ice.
- Garnish with cranberries and lime wheel.
