It's the May Pinterest Challenge and we are having all kinds of fun for Father's Day! The host, Alexandra, is the creator behind EyeLoveKnots, where she shares her own crochet designs, plastic canvas projects, and other yarn-related crafts, and On Rockwood Lane, where she shares everything else! If you don't find yarn and a coffee mug in her hands, you might find her baking in the kitchen, tending to her garden, re-decorating for a new season or holiday, or cuddling with her two cats.
Let's take a look at all the bloggers who will be participating in this fun event:
I wanted to come up with an activity rather than a gift for this year's Father's Day. Our wedding anniversary is Father's Day weekend, so I wanted to be sure that he felt that the day was set aside just for him. I saw many different ideas on Pinterest, but I really liked this Father's Day Bingo. I did go off on my own track, though, so I will share what I did here.
First, I found this free program online called Print-Bingo.com. You simply answer a few questions and put in your customized word list. Every word on my Bingo card means something special for my husband. Then I printed it out and customized it with photos of our daughter.
My plan is to give him the card and after he completes "x" number of squares, he will get his Father's Day gift, which is yet to be determined!
What a fun idea - this would be so cute for birthday parties, too! Thanks for sharing!
