Special Gifts for the Home Chef!

Each year I like to recommend some special gifts for the home chef.  My husband is a wonderful cook, mostly self-taught, and the gifts I recommend are always things he would love to have.  These gifts are in various price ranges, click on the links to take you to the correct page!

The first recommendation on my list is this wonderful apron by Chef Uniforms.  It is 100% cotton so it cleans easily.  I have washed it several times and it holds its color.  It has a reversible waist for comfort and three pockets for organization.  I bought one for me, too, to use in my gardens!  Each apron is $9, so a great value as well!

The second gift I am recommending is this hydroponic herb garden.  My husband loves using fresh herbs and when our herb garden is dormant for the winter, it makes him have to buy herbs at our local market.  Having fresh herbs on hand all year long would make him one happy cook!  This comes highly recommended on Amazon and is about $100.

My third and final recommendation is this fantastic cheese board!  Wow!  It is made of bamboo, which cleans beautifully and has a small drawer to hold your cheese knives (which it comes with!)  The groove for crackers or bread is sweet, or, use it to draw juices away from a fresh cut of rare beef.  It looks amazing on your table, too!  About $50.
