Now let's talk about these Brownie Fat Bombs. What's a fat bomb? It is a healthy keto energy bite that gets its energy boost from grassfed butter and almond butter. Because there is a high concentrate of healthy fats, you feel fuller longer, too!
I freeze my fat bombs to get a cold treat, but they are delicious right out of the refrigerator.
Brownie Fat Bombs
Yield: 16
Prep time: 15 Mininactive time: 15 MinTotal time: 30 Min
Tender bites of chocolate that taste like brownies but are healthy for you!
Ingredients
- 1/4 c salted grass-fed butter
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 1/4 t salt
- 6 T good cocoa powder
- 1/3 c powdered erythritol
- 2 T water
- 1/3 c almond butter
Instructions
- Melt the butter in the microwave in 30 second intervals. Cool.
- Whisk in cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla and salt.
- Add water and whisk until mixture thickens.
- Stir in the almond butter with a rubber spatula.
- Roll into 1 inch balls.
- Refrigerate until firm.

ReplyDeleteAww yeah. I work out hard daily, and it takes a lot for me to get in my maintenance calories. These are the perfect bites for both keto people and people like me who just can't seem to get all their calories in.
