Cheesy Egg Pouches #Backtoschooltreats

Thanks to T-fal USA for the free product!

#BackToSchoolTreats day two here!  I am sharing such goodies with you today.  Nothing is as good as breakfast to me, so I am continually looking for a fun and unique way to do breakfast.  I like to make breakfast as nice to look at as it is to eat, and these Cheesy Egg Pouches do both!

I wouldn't be able to do them without the help of my T-fal cookware. I use my 10" skillet every day. The Thermo-Spot helps me know when the pot is ready to use and I get great results each and every time. It is easy to read the Thermo-Spot: once the dashes around the spot are no longer visible, it is time to cook!  The clean-up is so easy, just a splash of hot water and soap, and the pot almost cleans itself!

For other wonderful cooking with T-Fal cookware, visit them on Instagram.  I love watching their posts come across my feed!

To make the Cheesy Egg Pouches you will need 1 egg per person (I make two for myself,) 1 oz of cheese per egg, 1/2 T butter per egg.  Heat up your T-fal skillet until the dashes are no longer visible.  Break an egg into a cup and beat with a fork until frothy.  Melt butter in the pan.  Add egg and swirl around the skillet.  Cook for a minute, then fold the egg circle in half to make 1/2 circle.  Place the cheese on the left side of the half-circle and cover the cheese by folding the right side of the egg over the cheese to make a quarter circle.  Remove from the skillet with a spatula and plate.

Kids love these pouches topped with salsa and sour cream.  Adults love them with sriracha and goat cheese!  Change up the fillings!  I use leftover meatballs, sloppy joes, and meatloaf in the pouch. So good!
