The best part is that it is Keto friendly, which makes it a winner in my book! I tend to use less of the erythritol as I like it a little less sweet. I like that it is cold and chocolate but not so sweet that I feel yucky. Works for me!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 c whipping cream
- 1/4 of an avocado
- 3 T erythritol
- pinch of pink salt
- 1 T cocoa powder (I use chocolate collagen powder)
- 1/2 c ice
- water as needed
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to your blender, starting with the liquid.
- Blend thoroughly for approximately 3 minutes and enjoy!
