When Covid-19 struck, a group of neighbors made sourdough starter and learned how to care for it during the time that followed. I have made bread, muffins, cupcakes, Dutch babies and more with my starter. These cupcakes are so delicious and unique. The sourdough comes through but the vanilla and strawberry lighten it up quite a bit.
