This epic burger is part of a fan-frickin-tastic month-long event
hosted by Girl Carnivore, but opinions are always my own!
Welcome to Burger Month hosted by Girl Carnivore! I am excited to participate in such a great event. I know that you will be excited to see all the different burgers we will be featuring! Let's kick this month off great with this out-of-this-world Jalapeño Popper Burger. While poppers are plain wonderful on their own, they reach a whole new level of goodness when they are stuffed inside a juicy burger.
I use a small trick in making these burgers. I roll the beef out into a rectangle first, and then cut the meat into fourths. This allows me to roll the jalapeno into the burger. The popper retains is shape and really imparts the flavor into the meat.

Delicious and super easy!

The jalapenos are stuffed INSIDE this burger and create a delicious experience from the first bite.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1 t garlic powder
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 8 frozen jalapeno poppers
- 4 buns
- 1 large tomato cut into 4 slices
Instructions:
- Mix the beef with the sauce, salt and pepper (to your taste) and garlic powder. Using a silicone mat, press the beef into a rectange approximately 14 inches by 12 inches. Using a pizza cutter, cut into 4 equal pieces. Let rest.
- Using an airfryer, cook the poppers at 400 for 7 minutes.
- Take one popper and place it in the center of one of the four pieces. Roll the burger around the popper. Seal the edges.
- Panfry or grill the burgers until the internal temp is 160 degrees.
- Remove from heat and let rest.
- Toast the buns.
- Layer in this order: bun bottom, tomato, burger, cream cheese slice, and one jalapeno pepper on top.
- Serve with top of the bun.
