Easy Macaroni and Cheese
Yield: 12
Prep time: 6 MCook time: 60 MTotal time: 66 M
A "dump it in" macaroni and cheese that is delicious!
Ingredients:
- 1 16 oz box of elbow macaroni
- 1 12 oz package of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 12 oz package of shredded mozerella
- 4 c whole milk
- 1 c heavy cream
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 stick of butter, melted
Instructions:
- Preheat over to 350.
- Coat a 9 by 13 pan with cooking spray.
- Pour macaroni into pan.
- Pour in cheeses, milk, cream, salt and pepper (to your taste).
- Pour butter over the top.
- Mix together in the pan.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake for 55 minutes.
- Remove foil, stir, and bake for 5 more minutes.
- Remove from the oven, let rest.
- Serve.
Notes:
When you remove the foil, you might feel like the dish is too soupy. Stir well nad when you bake for the last 5 minutes, leave the foil off.
