Like I said, this is a simple salad. It goes perfectly with pasta and heavier dishes because it is light and refreshing. It clears your palette each time you eat in a soft, pleasing way. Let's see how we put this all together!
It's Salad Bowl planting time and I am ready to start picking my own lettuce. With the coronavirus all around us, I am late putting out the seeds. Still, hopefully, we still have time to plant and harvest some sweet spring lettuces. I usually plant my favorite bib lettuce, romaine and some kind of salad bowl mix.

- 8 c salad greens
- 8 T pine nuts
- 8 T feta cheese
- 16 black olives
- 1/4 c lemongrass white balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 2 T Sandwich Seasoning
- 2 T parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
- Toss salad ingredients together and divide into two bowls.
- Place all dressing ingredients in a jar and shake until oil and vinegar bond.
- Pour dressing on salad and serve.
