I received a copy of this cookbook in exchange for my honest review.
One of my favorite food bloggers, Megan Marlowe from Strawberry Blondie Kitchen, has published a cookbook called Incredible One-Pot Cooking: Easy, Delicious Recipes for Exciting Meals Without the Mess. Megan knows her foods and has done collaborations with Oreo, M&Ms, Bigelow Tea and Idahoan Foods. Let me tell you, people, you need this cookbook. Every single recipe is one that I will try.
Each dish is of reimagined classics such as Shepherd's Pie Poutine to Pizza Wafflewiches. The spin on traditional food means that your picky eaters will likely give these new ideas a try! The cookbook is $21.99 on Amazon ($9.99 on Kindle) and you can use the Amazon link below to purchase it. I will get a small commission if you do!
These recipes are perfect for busy families. Megan has made her recipes so that cooking and clean-up is quick. That's an important factor for many of us who want to put good food on the table. In fact, I made the Pierogi Soup, the one with sausage and it was so good!
Given our recent times with Covid-19, I had to make some substitutions. Even so, the dish was amazing, tasty, creamy and downright decadent, without really being too decadent. Comfort food for the worst of times.
The cookbook is divided up in five sections:
