My husband and I find the Keto lifestyle easy to follow. The two of us are huge dessert people, and yes, that does get hard. After we get through the initial sugar detox though, we find we do not miss it as much. That doesn't mean we don't have desserts! Here is our favorite Rustic Keto Cake!
Back to breakfast. This casserole is delicious and uses cheese as the binder. Let's get to cooking!

Keto Egg Casserole
A delicious breakfast casserole the whole family will love!
prep time: 15 Mcook time: 40 Mtotal time: 55 M
ingredients:
- 12 eggs
- 8 oz sausage
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 onion, diced
- 2 t dry mustard
- 1 t dried oregano
- salt and pepper
instructions:
How to cook Keto Egg Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cook sausage and onion until onion is soft and sausage is cooked through. Drain.
- Spread over the bottom of a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
- Beat eggs with the rest of the ingredients and pour over the sausage.
- Bake 30-40 minutes or until firm.
- Let set 5 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream or salsa.
