Savory Autumn Popcorn Mix
A mix filled with the bounty of the fall.
prep time: 5 Mcook time: 5 Mtotal time: 10 M
ingredients:
- 1 bag of Aldi's Puffed Corn with White Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 c sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup Milligan's pecan halves
- 2 T Spice House Lake Shore Drive seasoning
- 2 T butter
instructions:
How to cook Savory Autumn Popcorn Mix
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Spread puffed corn on cookie sheet.
- Toss in sunflower seeds.
- Toss in pecan halves.
- Melt butter, stir in seasoning.
- Pour butter and seasoning mixture over puffed corn.
- Bake for 5 minutes or until puffed corn is browned.
- Remove from oven and stir to mix.
- Serve warm.
