I first introduced you to my Rustic Eggs here. I still love Chef Sammy butter, but during the summer I love using fresh herbs. This is truly a one-skillet dish which makes clean-up quick and easy.
We have loved going to the Farmers Market everywhere we live. I took this sign many years ago and I still think it is adorable!
Let's get talking about these eggs! Farm fresh eggs from my GlenMark Farm make all the difference too. The nutritional value goes way up for these eggs! The one blue egg is a trademark of theirs!
So easy! Melt the butter, cook the herbs, add the eggs and cook and serve!
