Blueberry Lemonade Lollipops #summersweetsweek

I love this quick, easy lollipop treat that looks like summer! I made these treats in about 30 minutes, including the hardening in the refrigerator.  They are super cute, too.  👌  I used the DIY-Lish Candy Lollipop Kit from Wilton's.  It does come with candy melts, but I wanted to do something a little bit different!

Wilton's has come up with some fun summer flavors.  My favorites are this Blueberry Lemonade and the Orange Cream.  The colors are summery and I had a blast making these cute popsicle-shaped treats.  You need to try them!  Think of all the possibilities!

Blueberry Lemonade Lollipops

These easy lollipops are a nice change from the typical white chocolate.

ingredients:

• 1 pkg Blueberry Lemonade Candy Melts
• 1 DIY-Lish Candy Lollipop Kit
• 1 Assorted Brights and Pastels Sprinkles jar

instructions:

How to cook Blueberry Lemonade Lollipops

1. Rinse the candy mold in water, pat completely dry.
2. Sprinkle some of the sprinkles from the Assorted jar, I used the purple ones.
3. Melt the candy melts according to package directions.
4. Fill the mold 1/2 way with melted candy, add the stick, fill the rest of the way with the melted candy. 
5. Tap gently to release bubbles and to smooth the candy.
6. Refrigerate until firm.
7. Enjoy!
