Blueberry Bubble Tea

Just in time for all the blueberry sales is Blueberry Week for Festive Foodies!  All week long you will be presented with blueberry recipes!  I'm starting off the week with Blueberry Bubble Tea.

From what I have read, Bubble Tea originated in Taiwan. You can actually make your own bubbles using tapioca, but I chose to buy mine. I will try making them, they look easy and fun! The bubbles burst in your mouth and it is a fun food experience. I could see you enjoying a refreshing drink like that whilst feeding your baby. The taste is mild, like vanilla but very light.

This bubble tea can be served hot or cold. If you are serving it cold, let it cool down before you add your bubbles and cream and ice.  I also love to serve this in clear mugs.  I found these on Amazon and if you purchase them, please know that I do make a small commission.  I also found cute ones on Dollar Tree!
