To kick off this week, I am sharing with you a burger that I have been dying to make a for a long long while. It wasn't until my husband and son-in-law cooked up a 32 oz box of elbow macaroni that the opportunity presented itself and I grabbed it!
The key to making these burgers is to mix gently and to push the macaroni into the patty if it falls out. Grill at medium heat to avoid burning the pasta. These burgers are even better the second day! The macaroni absorbs some of the juices of the burger, and oh, man, they are goooooood!
