Wow, isn't this incredible?? Check back all week to see all the new recipes we have for you. It is going to be such an amazing week.
The first recipe I am sharing with you is a quick and delicious recipe. I used my new Swiss Diamond skillet to make it. Swiss Diamond is one of our sponsors (see prize #1) and if you win that prize package, you are going to love this cookware. It's heavy without breaking an arm, durable, good for stove-to-oven cooking. It is BY FAR the best cookware I have used in my (considerable) years.
Let's get right to the good stuff. Here's my Toasted Pound Cake with Banana and Peanut Butter Sauce.
I used my Swiss Diamond pan to toast the pound cake. This large skillet makes the task go quickly as it can toast my whole family's servings.
Here are the links to Swiss Diamond if you wish to research them yourself. Lots of recipes and testimonials out there!
