I use a liquid stevia that is flavored with chocolate to add some depth, but you can use regular stevia. I find with stevia that it is best to start with a small amount and add more to taste. If you are using natural sugars like coconut sugar, replace the stevia with 2 tablespoons. In order for the sugar to have time to dissolve, I recommend that you add the sugar to the coconut oil and melt together in the microwave.

Melt the coconut oil, add in cocoa and stir until all lumps are gone. Add in vanilla, salt and one dropperful of chocolate liquid stevia. Taste, add more stevia if needed.
