My family has been season ticket holders for 32 years and this year is no exception. We are big tailgate people and we love to plan our menus to match up with our opponents. (Georgia Hot Bulldogs, anyone?) Even so, this chicken thigh dish is so good, we can serve it up as an appetizer or the main course, depending on how large the thighs are! For a little extra goodness, throw those thighs on the smoker!
