2. Learn some type of yoga.
3. Take a painting class and paint a landscape.
4. Travel to Cabo San Lucas for our 40th wedding anniversary.
5. Travel to Disney World during the Christmas season.
In all fairness, we had planned a couple of these things already but they were on our bucket list and we are doing them, so we wanted to include them.
What bucket list item are you putting off? How can I inspire you to make the leap?
I like your Cabo idea! But - I also think you should do your childrens book. Step by step and all of a sudden you've reached your goal! Good luck!
ReplyDeleteI see Travel in your future : )
ReplyDeleteI love your #1 You should do it!!!!!
We love Bucket Lists we make one usually for the colder seasons Fall, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. but also start on at the beginning of the year not resolutions but we pick a word and also start a list. So fun.
Have you heard of vision boards, I'm thinking of trying them next year. but I've got to have lists! to do, bucket, brain dump, etc. I like to cross things off lol I am reminded of the saying "Failure to Plan is Planning to Fail" Have a great week
Oh my great top five lists. I can say Disney at Christmas is wonderful.
ReplyDeleteBOB! I feel you about Lambeau! I am in driving distance of Green Bay. I have actually been to the field for a tour and visit to the Packers hall of fame (very cool - do it). It was so neat to see Vince Lombardi's office and all the Lombardi trophies! #GoPackGo Tickets for an actual game are so hard to come by, unless you have the greens to pay for it. If you come up in the Summer for a tour, you have to stop at Bay Beach! It is an old time amusement park and the rides cost maybe 50 cents to ride. It is so cute!
ReplyDeleteThis is such a great list. I would also love to learn yoga. Cabo San Lucas sounds great.
ReplyDeleteGreat top fives lists!!! I love making lists of things to accomplish. Writing things down on paper makes it seem more real.
ReplyDeleteI have always wanted to sky dive and Christmas at DisneyLand would be amazing so definitely adding those to our lists!
ReplyDeleteYou should definitely take the plunge and write your children's book. What is your idea if you don't mind me asking?
ReplyDeleteI was just thinking the other day that I needed to sit down and make some sort of bucket list. I always say that I'll do it "when things calm down", but they never do. The time is now! :) Thanks for sharing this.
ReplyDeleteI love that both of you included traveling to different places or attractions. It's really nice to be able to do that, especially when you're really stressed out. I love the places that you picked as well.
ReplyDeleteI guess I have a few different bucket lists. Professionally, I want to move to NYC. Personally, I want to travel to Italy and Iceland.
ReplyDeleteMy husband and I have both started a book and planned for a trip we've always wanted to take. Life is too short!
ReplyDeleteDisney at Christmas is a sight to see. We try to alternate going each year between their Halloween and their Christmas seasons. So Fun!
ReplyDeleteOne of the things I really am hoping to do is a children's book, but I've been putting it off for YEARS!!
ReplyDeleteWhat fun goals! I love that you have written this out. You can do the children's book for sure!
ReplyDeleteThese are both such fun lists. I would love to make a list like this and accomplish it together.
ReplyDeleteI really need to do something like this for myself. Bravo for you! Writing down your hopes and dreams and getting them done.
