Give this salsa a try, it is excellent on grilled meats, as a side, and for me, even as a dessert.
Strawberry Avocado Salsa

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients (2 cups)
- 20 strawberries, cubed
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 1/2 c of cubed red onion
- the juice of 1/2 lime
- the zest from 1/2 lime
- 1 jalapeno, seeded, chopped
- 1/4 t sugar
Instructions
Toss all ingredients together gently. Serve immediately!

Oh this looks delicious! How long can you keep it before the avocados start to turn brown? I normally pre-make stuff at nap time for dinner that night but I am worried it will spoil if I make it too early.
