The second in a series of hummus recipes from my #HummusMadeEasy party, this taco hummus dip is a perfect idea for Cinco de Mayo and the best thing is... it's super fast so you can whip it up in time for any celebration you are attending!
Taco Hummus Dip

Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 pouch Southwestern Hummus Made Easy
- 2 T taco seasoning
- 1 tomato, seeded and small diced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and small diced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 c salsa
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag of corn chip scoops
Instructions
In a food processor, process beans, Hummus Made Easy and taco seasoning. Pour into a 3 c microwave safe serving bowl. Top with cheese, tomato, green onion, jalapeno and salsa. Microwave 30 seconds or until cheese melts. Serve with corn chip scoops.

One difference you may have noticed was that in our picture above, we made these as individual bites. We made a few that had all the ingredients but then poured the rest of the dip in a bowl. We liked the presentation it made!
You make it all look so easy! I love the fact that this can be made fast, I am always on the go so at times I do not have time to make anything that takes too long so this is a great option for me.
