Chocolate Chip Cheesecake with a Brownie Crust

Cook Time: 60 minutes
Ingredients (8 pieces)
- 1 brownie mix, prepared according to instructions
- 1 small container of cool whip, defrosted
- 2 blocks of cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 c mini chocolate chips
- 1 c sugar
- 1 T vanilla
Instructions
Make brownies according to package directions. Prepare a springform pan with cooking spray. Pour brownies into pan. Bake according to package directions. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add vanilla and beat well.
Stir in chocolate chips. Pour this delightful cheesecake mixture over cooled brownie crust. Refrigerate until topping is set.
Remove from springform pan. Cut into 8ths, serve with fresh strawberries.
Hand me a fork! This looks so delicious! What a yummy treat and something that is different than the normal dessert!
