The cake is loaded with goodness, from the salty walnuts, sweet cherries and chocolate chips. The marshmallows melt and combine to make a sauce that sticks to the cake. I added the marshmallows to the top and gave it a quick broil to brown them. The result was this delicious cake, easy to make but looks like you spent hours in the kitchen.

A fun bundt cake that starts with a cake mix!
Ingredients
- 1 vanilla cake mix
- 1/4 c cocoa
- 3 eggs
- 1 c water
- 1/3 c oil
- 1/4 c maraschino cherry juice
- 1 c chopped walnuts, divided
- 1 c chocolate chips, divided
- 1 c maraschino cherries, divided
- 1 c marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Grease bundt pan carefully. Place 10 cherries in the bottom of the bundt pan, covered by all the marshmallows, 1/3 c. chocolate chips and 1/3 c walnuts.
- Mix together cake mix, cocoa, eggs, water, juice and oil. Beat for 2 minutes. Stir, beat one more minute. Add in the rest of the cherries, chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Pour into prepared bundt pan, covering cherries, marshmallows, chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Bake for 33 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes, invert onto parchment paper and let cool.
