My mom is celebrating her 70th birthday on July 13. Typically, birthdays are not fun for her as my brother was buried on her birthday in the 60s. However, she says she is looking forward to this one!
My dad passed away a year ago in March. She is pretty lonely from time to time as both my sister and I live over two hours away.
