Ashley and Eric are getting married in March. I really feel time tick tick ticking away and the details are starting to get overwhelming. Musicians, sheet music, dinners, chair covers, candy treats, favors, etc.... the American wedding is a thing of management beauty!
I would love to show you a picture of Ashley's wedding gown but Eric checks in here from time to time, I believe... and I am worried he'd see the dress. I can tell you there is a lovely heavy lace applique on the train and on the bodice, that it was handstitched by a Stephens design student and that there are 400 swavorski crystals sprinkled here and there and there with more to come. There is a black satin sash with a diamond pin pinned onto it. The pin's design echos the swirl of the lace.
Ashley is wearing a french angled veil with ostrich feathers, ivory pearls and jet swavorski crystals on it.
Her flowers will be a work of art: designed and created by a posh flower shop where Ashley works, seasonal ivory blossoms with spring green accents and black ribbon... with rhinestone pins clipped in the bouquet.
Listen to me! Four months ago I would not be able to tell you ANY of this...
