Tomorrow Ashley will graduate from Stephens College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Management and Marketing with a minor in Psychology.
While in college she was active in Kappa Delta, her beloved sorority, International Fashion Association, Modeling Group, the Annual Fashion Show and Pi Phi Rho. She was on the High Honors Deans List, inducted into Alpha Lambda Delta, recipient of the International Fashion Association scholarship, and several local scholarships.
We are extremely proud of our daughter and her accomplishments. We wish her all the success that the world can offer.
After graduation she plans to be a Graduate Assistant in the Fashion Department while working on her master's degree in Psychology. This photo is her 2006 Kappa Delta photo.
So, Bob and I are cleaning house and creating a masterpiece of a reception. He is doing a DVD of her college life in short film and photos, I did a scrapbook and a photo album, and we are cooking up a storm:

Homemade Roasted Red Pepper Hummus with carrot chips
Brie en Croute with brown sugar and pecans
Mini chocolate chip Cheese Ball with chocolate graham cracker sticks
All with Little Black Dress wine!
Your daughter is beautiful and has accomplished so much already! I can see why you are so proud of her :o) Congratulations to you and Bob and to your daughter too! Love your Christmas card too btw!

Looks AND brains, she certainly has both:-) Such a wonderful idea to make her a scrapbook and also a video...no doubt she will be very touched by everything! The menu also sounds scrumptious!!! ReplyDeleteMy daughter was a Kappa Delta too. She loved it and I think it was a growing experience for her and you know the girls from there are still her best friends today as they are now having babies.
